رجسٹرار سپریم کورٹ نے مقدمات ڈی لسٹ ہونے کا نوٹیفکیشن جاری کر دیا تاہم نوٹی فکیشن میں بینچ ڈی لسٹ کرنے کی وجوہات نہیں بتائی گئیں۔

چیف جسٹس پاکستان کے بینچ میں جسٹس جمال مندوخیل اور جسٹس اطہر من اللّٰہ بھی شامل تھے۔

بینچ کے سامنے آج 12 مقدمات سماعت کے لئے مقرر کیے گئے تھے۔

بینچ نمبر 2 کے مقدمات کی فہرست بھی منسوخ

سپریم کورٹ کے بینچ نمبر 2 کے مقدمات کی فہرست بھی منسوخ کردی گئی۔

جسٹس سردار طارق مسعود اور جسٹس شاہد وحیدر مشتمل بینچ کی کازلسٹ بھی منسوخ کردی گئی۔

نئے بینچ نمبر 2 کی تشکیل

بینچ نمبر 2 کے تمام مقدمات کی سماعت کے لئے جسٹس اعجاز الاحسن اور جسٹس امین الدین خان پر مشتمل نیا بینچ تشکیل دیا گیا۔

سپریم کورٹ کے رجسٹرار آفس نے نئے بینچ نمبر 2 کے مقدمات کی فہرست جاری کردی

چیف جسٹس کی طبیعت ناسازی کے باعث کیسز ڈی لسٹ ہوئے، ترجمان سپریم کورٹ

ترجمان سپریم کورٹ کے مطابق چیف جسٹس عمر عطا بندیال کی عدم دستیابی کے باعث بینچ ون کے کیسز ڈی لسٹ کیے گئے۔

ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ چیف جسٹس عمر عطا بندیال طبیعت ناسازی کے باعث سپریم کورٹ نہیں آ سکے، ڈاکٹر نے چیف جسٹس کی رہائش گاہ پر ان کا طبی معائنہ بھی کیا ہے، چیف جسٹس کو سپریم کورٹ لانے والا سیکیورٹی اسکواڈ بھی واپس بھجوا دیا گیا۔

یاد رہے کہ چیف جسٹس پاکستان عمر عطا بندیال گزشتہ روز لاہور سے اسلام آباد پہنچے تھے
